In the course if its operations, the university collects personal data every day, from small, pieces of data to highly sensitive information, such as financial information, health information or social security numbers.

When individuals submit their personal information to the university, they’re putting a large amount of trust in us, to keep it secure. It is therefore our responsibility protect their data, from collection to permanent destruction.

In this workshop, you will learn about secure methods for collection of personal information of individuals, from email encryption, to secure file sharing.
