GW community members can email us, or use the reporting form below, if they have privacy related questions, concerns or to request assistance with privacy issues. The GW Privacy Office will investigate all privacy concerns and respond to privacy inquiries.

Please note, if you are looking to report a privacy concern related to either the GW Hospital or the GW Medical Faculty Associates (MFA), they are separate entities from the university, and have their own reporting channels. To report a privacy concern involving either the GW Hospital or the GW MFA, please see details below:
