Identity Verification
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access to personal information, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
We may ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, or other details necessary to confirm your identity. If needed, we may request additional documentation.
We will only request information that is reasonably necessary for verification.
Response Time
After we verify your identity, we will respond to your request within one month.
If your request is particularly complex or if we receive multiple requests from you, we may need up to two additional months to respond. If this happens, we will inform you and explain the reason for the delay.
When We May Be Unable to Fulfill a Request
In some cases, legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or other lawful exemptions may prevent us from fully complying with your request.
If we cannot fulfill your request, we will explain the reason whenever required by law.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or other applicable regulator.
